Session 1: Foundational change & habit building
Our first session is all about you. We'll talk through your current health concerns, challenges, and your wellness goals. Together, we'll start building a bridge between where you are now and where you want to be.
We'll also decide if lab testing or tracking tools might be helpful for your journey. You’ll leave with realistic, actionable steps to begin your transformation.
Session 2: Building Momentum
We will continue shaping your wellness path, refining whats working and shifting anything that’s not.
As your new habits take root, you’ll begin to feel more grounded. Together, we’ll keep the plan flexible, gentle, and supportive adapting it to fit seamlessly into your life.”

Session 3: Reflect & Refine
We pause and reflect, what’s improved, what feels different, and what still feels stuck? Your feedback will help us fine-tune the approach.
Session 4: Nourish & Support
This session focuses on supportive routines: food, sleep, movement, and emotional balance. We'll explore practical ways to reduce inflammation, stabilise hormones, and improve your daily energy.
